Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using InvoiceLaunch (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What InvoiceLaunch does

InvoiceLaunch is online invoicing software. You can create and send invoices and estimates, keep a list of your clients, take payments through the payment processors you connect, and see what has been paid.

3. Your account

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date
  • Keep your password private (you can also turn on two-factor sign-in)
  • Take responsibility for everything done under your account
  • Tell us straight away if someone uses your account without permission

If you invite team members, you are responsible for what they do in your account.

4. Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page
  • Plans renew automatically until you cancel
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase applies to your plan

5. Payments from your clients

When your clients pay you by card or online, the payment goes through the payment processor you connected (for example Stripe or PayPal) into your own account with that processor, under that processor's terms. Bank wire and Zelle payments go directly from your client to you. InvoiceLaunch does not hold your money.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law or regulation
  • Send fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Send spam
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property
  • Upload malware or other harmful code
  • Try to get into our systems or other people's accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell the Service without our permission

7. Your content

You own the content you put into the Service, including invoices, client details and business information. You allow us to store and process that content only to run the Service for you.

8. Our property

The Service, its software, design and content belong to InvoiceLaunch and are protected by intellectual property law.

9. Other companies' services

The Service works with services run by other companies, such as payment processors. Their terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for how they run.

10. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR FREE OF ERRORS.

11. Limit on liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INVOICELAUNCH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Closing an account

You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or harms other users, us or anyone else.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.

14. Which law applies

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to the business that runs InvoiceLaunch. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the law where you live that a contract cannot remove.
