Cancelling Your Subscription
How to downgrade or cancel your InvoiceLaunch subscription.
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription anytime. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (optional, helps us improve)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You can continue using all features until then
- After the period ends, your account will be deactivated
- All your data (invoices, clients) is preserved for 90 days
- You can resubscribe anytime to restore full access to your data
Downgrading Instead of Cancelling
If you don't need all your current plan features, consider downgrading to a lower tier instead of cancelling completely:
- Business ($174/mo) → Downgrade to Growth ($59/mo)
- Growth ($59/mo) → Downgrade to Essentials ($29/mo)
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual plans.
