  4. Select a reason (optional, helps us improve)
  5. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period

  • All your data (invoices, clients) is preserved for 90 days
  • You can resubscribe anytime to restore full access to your data

Downgrading Instead of Cancelling

If you don't need all your current plan features, consider downgrading to a lower tier instead of cancelling completely:

  • Business ($174/mo) → Downgrade to Growth ($59/mo)
  • Growth ($59/mo) → Downgrade to Essentials ($29/mo)
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual plans.
